    I have 2 domains I would like to sell. I have determined the ideal buyer but am not sure of the value and how to approach them.

    If they are not trademarks, you can email them and offer the domains if you feel their business would benefit by owning these domains. If they are possible trademarks, don’t approach anyone and drop em.

    Hi Adam,
    What would a GEO Name like CarsonCity-Nevada.com be worth?
    Does the hyphen really hurt in this case seperating the City & State I know none is better but…. I noticed that The Castillo’s own quite a few Geo’s with hyphens like Reno-Nevada.com & White-Plains.com.

    I am not a big fan of hypenated names but they do give you good targeted words for SEO and page indexing. Any domain can be built up in the listings with or without a hyphen.

    Hello, I want to ask you, How does one go about “Renting” a domain name? How does it work, technically? Thank you….

    Offer whatever you feel is a fair price per month to lease the domain and make sure you have a lease to own option or else you are just building traffic for someone else. If you want to rent, let them build your traffic and don’t offer lease to own. ;)
