Original Gourmet Food Company, Inc., has filed a dispute ( pdf ) in U.S. District Court for declaratory judgment over the “original gourmet” name.

Oversee.net Pays $1,500 To Filer of SnapNames Class Action Lawsuit

Class representative gets a small check. Oversee.net has paid $1,500 to Stewart Resmer, the “class representative” for a lawsuit filed against Oversee.net in the wake of the halvarez shill bidding scandal. Resmer originally filed suit against Oversee in U.S. District Court Central District of California. But the judge tossed the case out because the amount of money concerned was under $5 million

A domain name is a terrible thing to waist . Cathie Jung, who is in the Guinness Book of World Records as having “ The Smallest Waist on a Living Person ” at 15 inches, has won rights to the domain name CathieJung.com. Jung filed an Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act en rem (meaning it was against the domain name and not the registrant) case back in December 2009. Jung claimed that the domain name was registered by a corset designer.
